What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued
- Diode Dynamics may replace just the failed component
- Finish defects caused by manufacturing, during the first 3 years
- Moisture beyond normal condensation that points to a seal failure, at Diode Dynamics' discretion
- Free tech support for the life of the product, even after the warranty ends
What's not covered
- Normal condensation, and paint or coating wear from regular use
- Installation or labor costs
- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

The Diode Dynamics SS5 Grille CrossLink Lightbar Kit bolts across the grille of the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 and ties four SS5 pods together into one CrossLink light bar. It uses existing mounting points, so install is a bolt-on job rather than a fabrication project, and four SS5 pods put out a serious amount of forward light.
Why it works
- Four-pod CrossLink light bar mounted across the grille
- Custom-engineered TIR optics for very high intensity
- Selectable backlight color with eight color options
- Torture-tested, heavy-duty construction with IP69K waterproofing
- Uses existing mounting points for a straightforward install
- Assembled in USA
Options
Bracket Only gets you the grille bracket kit if you already have SS5 pods. Complete kits come with four SS5 pods at Sport (40 W per pod) or Pro (90 W per pod) power, in Cool White (6000K) or Yellow (3000K), all with the combo beam (driving and flood). Diode lists the white combo at 4,800 raw lumens per pod for Sport and 9,700 for Pro.
