What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued
- Diode Dynamics may replace just the failed component
- Finish defects caused by manufacturing, during the first 3 years
- Moisture beyond normal condensation that points to a seal failure, at Diode Dynamics' discretion
- Free tech support for the life of the product, even after the warranty ends
What's not covered
- Normal condensation, and paint or coating wear from regular use
- Installation or labor costs
- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

A two-strip HD LED switchback kit for custom accent, DRL and turn-signal builds on trucks and SUVs. Switchback means the light runs white and switches to amber when the turn signal is active. Running two strips as one kit keeps the pair matched — handy for left and right sides of a grille, bumper or headlight build.
Why it works
- A durable phosphor coating over high-density LEDs gives a smooth, solid line of light instead of a row of dots, and it stays visible in direct sunlight.
- The fully waterproof PWM driver has low-power, high-power and turn-signal modes, so one part can be a subtle accent, a bright DRL or a turn indicator.
- Integrated mounting tabs make it easier to fix in place than bare LED tape.
- Assembled in the USA by Diode Dynamics.
Options
Choose 3-inch (DD2145) or 6-inch (DD2146) strips. Both are the switchback white/amber version.

Universal. It wires in with JST inline connectors and T-tap inputs.
