What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued
- Diode Dynamics may replace just the failed component

- Moisture beyond normal condensation that points to a seal failure, at Diode Dynamics' discretion
- Free tech support for the life of the product, even after the warranty ends
What's not covered
- Normal condensation, and paint or coating wear from regular use
- Installation or labor costs
- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

The Diode Dynamics D-Switch is an 8-channel switch panel for running all your auxiliary lighting and accessories from one place. It pairs a compact controller with a separate solid-state hub, adds a Bluetooth app, a dedicated backlight channel and three trigger wires for factory-style control off vehicle signals. It is universal for trucks and SUVs.
Why it works
Once you have a light bar, ditch lights, rock lights and a compressor, the dash runs out of room for switches. The D-Switch puts eight channels on one controller and lets you group outputs, so one button can fire several things at once. The hub is solid-state and fully encapsulated, with an IP67 rating and a pin-fin heatsink, and it is rated from -40F to 250F. The three trigger wires let the vehicle's own signals switch a channel for factory-style operation. The Bluetooth app is quick to respond. It is engineered and assembled in the USA.
