What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued
- Diode Dynamics may replace just the failed component
- Finish defects caused by manufacturing, during the first 3 years
- Moisture beyond normal condensation that points to a seal failure, at Diode Dynamics' discretion
- Free tech support for the life of the product, even after the warranty ends
What's not covered
- Normal condensation, and paint or coating wear from regular use
- Installation or labor costs
- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

Diode Dynamics 921 XPR LED bulbs are a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the factory 921 backup or cargo light bulb, giving you serious reverse-light output: 1,600 lumens initially and 720 lumens once stable. Diode Dynamics lists them for trucks and SUVs including the Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet Silverado, Dodge Ram, Dodge Ram SX 2.0, Ford F-150 and more.
Why it works
- 16 high-power LEDs arranged on all four sides for full coverage.
- All-metal heatsinking so it can run at maximum output.
- Inductive constant-current drive circuit keeps output steady.
- More output than the incandescent bulb it replaces, with a clean LED appearance.
- Plug and play — no modification needed.
Options
Cool White (6000K), sold as a single or a pair.

Diode Dynamics 921 XPR Cool White Backup/Cargo LED Bulbs FAQs
Will these fit my truck?
Diode Dynamics lists them for vehicles including the Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet Silverado, Dodge Ram, Dodge Ram SX 2.0, Ford F-150, Ford Ranger and more. The 921 size can be used in more than one position, so confirm which light you are replacing. Call or text the real humans at NVMOS, (920) 249-7744.
Do I need to modify anything?
No. They are a direct replacement for the 921 backup or cargo light bulb and plug straight into the factory socket.
Single or pair?
Both are listed. Most housings that come in left and right sides want a pair; a single makes sense for a lone dome, cargo or trunk light.
