What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued

- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

The XP80 is the bright option for 7440/7443-size turn signals: 510 lumens per bulb from sixteen high-power LEDs, in amber or red. It plugs into the factory socket on a long list of Toyota, Lexus, Ram, Ford, GM, Jeep and Nissan trucks and SUVs.
Why it works
- Built with sixteen high-power LEDs aimed in every direction, a metal heatsink to hold output, and an inductive constant-current drive circuit.
- Rated at 510 measured lumens per bulb with an omnidirectional, 270-degree beam, so the factory housing lights up the way it was designed to.
- It is nonpolar, so orientation in the socket does not matter.
- Plug and play: it uses the OEM-size base, so it drops into the factory socket with no splicing.
Options
Choose Amber or Red, single or pair. Amber is the color for clear or amber turn lenses up front and in back; red is meant for red-lens rear turn and tail housings. For reference, the 7440/7443 turn lineup here runs HP48 (250 lumens) and XP80 (510 lumens).

Will this fit a 7440 socket as well as a 7443?
Diode Dynamics builds it as a direct replacement for factory 7440/7443-size turn signal bulbs, so it plugs into either factory socket in that family.
Will LED turn bulbs flash fast on my truck?
These draw far less current than an incandescent bulb (about 0.57 A at 13.2V), and depending on how your truck runs its flasher that can cause fast blinking. If yours needs a fix it is usually resistors or an LED-compatible flasher. Call or text the real humans at NVMOS, (920) 249-7744.
Amber or red?
Amber for turn signals behind clear or amber lenses; red for red-lens rear turn and tail housings. Matching bulb color to the lens gives the cleanest, brightest result.
Does polarity matter when I install it?
No. It is nonpolar, so it lights regardless of which way it seats in the socket.
Is it a direct plug-in or do I need adapters?
It uses the OEM-size base and plugs straight into the factory socket. No adapters or splicing needed.
