What's covered
- Defective products are replaced with the same item, or a comparable one if it's been discontinued
- Diode Dynamics may replace just the failed component
- Finish defects caused by manufacturing, during the first 3 years
- Moisture beyond normal condensation that points to a seal failure, at Diode Dynamics' discretion
- Free tech support for the life of the product, even after the warranty ends
What's not covered
- Normal condensation, and paint or coating wear from regular use
- Installation or labor costs
- Improper installation or use, abuse, or opening, rewiring or repairing a product
- Swapping lenses on Stage Series lights voids the 3-year coverage (the 8-year coverage stays)
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers; coverage is for the original buyer and isn't transferable
How to make a Diode Dynamics claim
- Keep your proof of purchase; every claim needs it (gift recipients can register within 90 days of the original purchase instead)
- Request an RMA through Diode Dynamics' returns portal and work through diagnosis with their support team
- Nothing goes back without an RMA number; include photos for moisture claims
- For US customers, Diode Dynamics covers shipping on 3-year claims, plus return shipping for inspection on 8-year and lifetime claims

Diode Dynamics XP80 5202/PSX24W LED bulbs are a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the factory incandescent fog light bulbs in a long list of GM trucks and Jeeps. They put out 510 lumens per bulb in 6000K cool white and give the fog lights a cleaner, modern LED look.
Why it works
The XP80 brings more output than the factory bulb, not just a whiter color. The bulbs are nonpolar, so they work regardless of which way they plug in, and they draw 5.58 W (0.423 A at 13.2V). Light comes off the bulb omnidirectionally across 270 degrees. They replace any 5202-family bulb, including PSX24W, H16-EU, 5202, 2504, PS24W, 5201 and 9009.
