A billet hawse fairlead for synthetic rope winches, CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum for tighter tolerances than cast fairleads. It fits most common winch setups and comes in two versions, Open Shackle or Closed Shackle, each with a patented interlocking design that keeps the shackle secured when it is not in use.
Why it works
- Billet, not cast. CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum in a low-profile shape.
- Stored shackle. The interlocking design holds the shackle on the fairlead, so it is not rattling around the cab.
- Lab-tested shackles. Third-party lab tested: the open shackle is rated to 20,000 lbs and the closed shackle to 30,000 lbs.
- Finish that lasts. Black anodized with laser-etched detail and color-matched black stainless hardware.
