- Normal wear, rust and scratches
- Accidents, trail damage and highway damage
- Racing or competition use
- Overloading, wrong assembly or poor maintenance
- Acts of nature
- Parts the customer has modified, or not installed per C4's instructions
- Any damage to your vehicle, cargo, other people or property
