The standard JL/JT sPOD kits do not fit the Wrangler 392 V8, so sPOD lists this one separately. It is the BantamX wireless controller, run from your phone or tablet, with eight expandable circuits for lights, compressors and other accessories.
The module offers eight expandable circuits rated at 30A (12.5 VDC), a 16-position terminal block, two ethernet controller ports and a 100A in-line fuse. Low voltage cutoff battery protection includes an optional override, and the unit runs from a 12 or 24 VDC supply. sPOD lists a five-year manufacturer warranty on the system.
It ships with a Jeep-specific bracket for the under-hood mounting spot.
Fitment
Listed as Jeep JL/JT 392 V8, 2018-on in the title. The vendor tags cover Wrangler JL 2018-2023 and Gladiator 2020-2023.
If you have a JL or JT without the 392 V8, look at the regular JL/JT BantamX controller instead. If you are not sure which applies to your vehicle, ask us before ordering.

Is this for the 392 V8 only?
The listing is named for the JL/JT 392 V8. The standard JL/JT BantamX controller (870118) is listed separately, and sPOD says its Touchscreen version will not fit the 392 V8.
Does it come with a switch panel?
No. This version is controlled from the sPOD app on your phone or tablet over Bluetooth, and the listing does not include a switch panel.
Do I have to cut or tap into the vehicle wiring?
No. The vendor says there is no cutting, no fishing wires into the cab and no tapping into the vehicle electrical system.
What is in the box?
