What's covered
- Defects in design and manufacturing only
- Baja Designs pays return freight if the defective item is sent back within 90 days of delivery
What's not covered
- Installation errors and installation labor
- Wear and tear, accidents, collisions, acts of God
- Misuse, abuse, or modifications not done by Baja Designs
- sPOD: water damage, reverse polarity, improper install
- Full warranty does not apply to items bought from unauthorized Amazon, eBay or Walmart resellers
- After 90 days from delivery, customer prepays freight to Baja Designs
How to make a Baja Designs warranty claim
- Call Baja Designs technical support to troubleshoot
- If inspection is needed, Baja issues an RMA form and number
- Ship the item marked with the RMA# to Baja Designs - Warranty, 2950 Norman Strasse Rd., San Marcos, CA 92069
