ARB / Solar PowerTray — Toyota 4Runner / FJ Cruiser / Lexus GX

A tray laid out for a complete under-hood power system: an ARB single compressor, a Blue Sea 6-circuit fuse block for aftermarket accessories, and a Zamp solar charge controller.

The tray, support leg and mounting hardware are included. The compressor, controller, fuse block and wiring are sold separately.

Why it works

Air, fuses and solar togetherOne mount holds the compressor, the fuse block and the charge controller, instead of three separate brackets.

Charge controller spotSized for the Zamp 5-stage, 10A PWM controller with digital display, which supports wet, gel, AGM, calcium and lithium (LTO, LiFePO4) batteries.

Three points of contactA support leg anchors the far side to the lower inner fender, and the shape keeps the factory fuse block reachable.

Edges done by handWaterjet cut to ±0.003 inch, with every edge hand-chamfered at 45 degrees to protect wire sleeving and paint.
