About Superlift

Superlift is one of the suspension names in the RealTruck family, and RealTruck now handles its warranty, support and claims. The brand describes its kits as designed and built by off-road enthusiasts, and its range stretches from mild leveling kits to tall lifts built around large tires.

What sets Superlift apart is that it offers the same kit with different shock packages. Its own Shadow Series shocks are the baseline, and many kits can instead be ordered with Superlift Edition KING Racing shocks, Bilstein 5100s or FOX 2.0 shocks, with or without reservoirs. That makes it easy to start with a sensible kit and choose how much you want to spend on damping.

What we carry from Superlift

We carry Superlift suspension lift kits, leveling kits, Shadow Series shocks, Superlift Edition KING shocks and steering stabilizers, along with kits supplied with Bilstein 5100 or FOX 2.0 shocks where Superlift offers that option. Kits are built to a specific model, generation and drivetrain, and we list them only for the vehicles we support, from Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator to Ram, Ford, Chevy, GMC and Toyota trucks, where Superlift offers a kit for that exact application; check the fitment on each listing. Shadow Series shocks are sold by lift height and fit a wide range of trucks with up to 12 inches of lift.

How to choose

Pick the shock package deliberately: Shadow Series shocks keep the cost down and suit a truck that sees mostly pavement. Stepping up to KING, Bilstein 5100 or FOX 2.0 is worth it if you spend real time on washboard or rough trails, where damping and heat control matter.

Leveling kit or full lift: A leveling kit corrects factory rake and clears a slightly bigger tire with little change to ride or geometry. A full lift is for a meaningfully larger tire and comes with more parts, more install time and an alignment.

Buy shocks by lift height: Superlift sizes its Shadow Series shocks to the amount of lift. If you are replacing shocks on an already lifted truck, measure the actual lift before you order.

Keep the kit as designed: The warranty excludes altered or modified parts and racing use. Adding spacers or mixing parts to gain extra height is the quickest way to lose coverage.

Factor in wear parts: Bushings and rod ends are treated as normal wear, and finish blemishes on powder coat or plating are not covered. Plan on inspecting and greasing them as part of routine maintenance.

Lead times & shipping

NVMOS dropships Superlift orders from RealTruck or its distributors. In-stock parts usually leave in 1-3 business days, and parts stocked at the manufacturer take about 1-2 weeks. Shocks, stabilizers and small parts ship by parcel carrier; complete lift kits often arrive in several boxes on different days, and larger kits can ship freight by truck. We send tracking as soon as we have it.

Superlift warranty

RealTruck publishes three limited warranty tiers for Superlift: lifetime, three-year and one-year. The lifetime tier covers defects in materials and workmanship on select Superlift products installed per the instructions, for as long as the original retail buyer owns the vehicle; it ends if the part is moved to another vehicle or the vehicle is sold. RealTruck's page does not say which products fall under the three-year and one-year tiers. Exclusions include alterations, poor maintenance, normal wear on items such as bushings and rod ends, finish defects, effects on stability control or other vehicle systems, racing, accidents, rock or tree strikes, theft and vandalism. Non-defective parts cannot be returned once installed, and nothing should be shipped back without authorization. Read our Superlift warranty summary.

Superlift FAQs

Is Superlift part of RealTruck?

Yes. Superlift is a RealTruck brand, and RealTruck handles its warranty claims and customer contact.

How long is the Superlift warranty?

Select Superlift products carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original buyer owns the vehicle. Other items fall under limited three-year or one-year terms, so ask us about a specific part.

Does the Superlift warranty transfer if I sell the truck?

No. Coverage ends when the vehicle changes owners or the part is moved to a different vehicle.

Are bushings and rod ends covered?

No. Superlift treats bushings and rod ends as normal wear items, and finish scratches or defects in powder coat and plating are also excluded.

Which shocks come with a Superlift kit?

Superlift's own Shadow Series is the standard choice, and many kits can be ordered with Superlift Edition KING, Bilstein 5100 or FOX 2.0 shocks instead.

Can I return a Superlift kit after installing it?

Not if it is non-defective. Superlift does not accept returns of installed parts that are not defective.

Do Superlift kits ship by freight?

Larger kits can ship by truck and often arrive in several boxes. Shocks and small parts go by parcel carrier.
