About Method Race Wheels

Method designs, develops and distributes wheels for racing and the street, and leans on engineering, testing and data collection to do it. The aim is lighter, stronger, faster wheels.

The lineup covers trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, vans and UTVs: standard, heavy-duty (HD), beadlock, Bead Grip, forged, raised and EV-specific wheels. Popular designs include the 305 NV and the 700-series trail wheels, and Method Bronze is one of its signature finishes.

What we carry from Method

Off-road wheels across the range: the 305 NV and 305-HD, 502 VT-Spec, 700-series trail wheels and HD versions, forged beadlock wheels like the 202, and van wheels including the 901 dually for the Sprinter (see our adventure van parts).

Finishing pieces too: beadlock and impact rings, center caps, lug nuts, valve stem caps and tire accessories, plus Method apparel.

How to choose

Fitment comes down to bolt pattern, offset and a couple of things people forget.

  • Bolt patterns are listed in standard sizes: 6x5.5 equals 6x139.7, and 5x4.5 equals 5x114.3.
  • Negative offset pushes the wheel out for a wider stance but can rub fenders; positive offset tucks it in.
  • Method wheels don't include TPMS sensors. Move yours over from the old wheels.
  • No custom offsets, sizes or finishes. Pick from the published specs.
  • The rings on 300- and 600-series wheels are part of the wheel and don't come off.
  • Spacers, adapters and tires over 37" fall outside the warranty, so size the tire before the wheel.

Method Race Wheels FAQs

Where is Method Race Wheels based?

Santa Fe Springs, California.

What warranty do Method wheels have?

Structure is covered for as long as the original retail buyer owns the wheels, and the painted finish for 5 years from purchase. Racing use, spacers or adapters, and tires over 37 inches are excluded.

How fast do Method wheels ship?

In-stock items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Some wheels ship direct from Method, so check the product page or call for current timing.

How do I know which Method wheel fits my vehicle?

Match the bolt pattern (6x5.5 is the same as 6x139.7) and choose an offset that clears your fenders and suspension. Negative offset pushes the wheel out, positive tucks it in.

Do Method wheels come with TPMS sensors?

No. Transfer the sensors from your current wheels.

Does the 305 NV need beadlock maintenance?

No. It has beadlock styling without being a true beadlock, so there are no ring bolts to re-torque. Method's true beadlocks are separate models.

Can I order a custom offset or finish?

No. Method doesn't offer custom offsets, sizes or finishes, so choose from the published options.
