- Freight, installation, labor, damage to related components, vehicle downtime, lost profits and incidental or consequential damages
How to make a Zone Offroad warranty claim
- Contact the original place of purchase for instructions and an RMA number.
- Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Include the original purchase receipt or a copy showing where and when you bought it and what you paid.
- Ship the product freight prepaid as instructed; Zone does not pay freight.
- If you need a replacement before returning the original, buy it first; you are credited or refunded if the original is found warrantable.

Zone routes warranty claims back to the original place of purchase, and the RMA and receipt have to come from that seller. Zone Offroad 2in Leveling Kit with Upper Control Arms for Silverado & Sierra 1500 4WD (2019-2025)
A 2 in. leveling kit with cast ductile iron upper control arms for the Chevrolet Silverado (2019-2025) and GMC Sierra (2019-2023). A top-mounted strut spacer levels the stance and clears up to 34 in. tires. It suits 4WD owners who want a level look with corrected arm geometry.
