DV8 Offroad Body Mounted Tire Carrier — Jeep Wrangler JL (TCJL-14)
Hanging a big spare off the factory tailgate hinges is asking for sag and broken hardware. This tube-style carrier mounts to the body instead, taking that weight off the door hinges entirely.
It also lifts the spare higher than stock, which helps departure angle on a Jeep running larger tires. The carrier handles tires up to 40 x 13.50 with up to -25 offset, and a cam nut lets you dial in the fit.
