What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship on upTOP-manufactured parts
- For as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (the warranty ends if it is sold or transferred)
- upTOP may repair or replace the part, or issue a refund or a credit toward a new upTOP product, at its option
- Products must be installed following upTOP's written or video instructions
What's not covered
- The powder-coated finish, normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust and scratches
- Any customization or modification of the product (this voids the warranty)
- Misuse, neglect, overloading, improper maintenance, or failure to assemble and mount per instructions
- Accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, racing or competition use
- Damage to your vehicle, cargo or other property

The upTOP KILO is a low-profile aluminum roof rack for the 2nd and 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma Double Cab (2005-2023). It is 3D modeled for the Double Cab roof, laser cut, powder coated black and assembled right on the truck with basic hand tools. No drilling, and upTOP says most owners have it on in under an hour by themselves.
Every KILO sits just above the factory shark-fin antenna, so the rack shields the antenna and adds roughly 3/8" of height. That keeps garage clearance and wind noise in check, and the factory sunroof still works. The adaptive windscreen runs with or without a light bar, so you can add lighting later without buying a different rack.
What it carries
Rated for 250 lb while driving and 850 lb parked, with the load secured and spread evenly. That is a rooftop tent, recovery boards, a storage box or a kayak. upTOP's mounts bolt through the crossbars, and the side panels have cutouts for scenePOD rock lights plus mounting points for grab handles.
