The Factor 55 Tree Saver Strap is a low-stretch polyester strap for anchoring your winch to a tree or attaching to vehicles without proper recovery points. It's a versatile connecting link, not a snatch strap.
Unlike nylon snatch straps, it's built to store very little energy, which means less recoil if a component fails. The flat webbing won't roll or twist on tubular shapes like bumper stingers, steering components and nerf bars. At 8' overall it's long enough to wrap a tree while keeping the webbing overlap and stitch count its ratings require, and it shortens to 4' in the common basket configuration.
