Putting a CRD60 rear axle under a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK means welding on every bracket the rear suspension hangs from. This TeraFlex kit puts them in one box. TeraFlex says it includes all of the brackets required to install a CRD60 rear axle in a JK Wrangler or JKU Wrangler Unlimited, which saves you piecing together single brackets one part number at a time.
Why it works
- Complete set: all the brackets needed for a CRD60 rear axle install in a JK or JKU, per TeraFlex.
- 1/4 inch steel: every bracket is heavy-duty, CNC laser cut and precision bent steel, 1/4" thick.
- Matched parts: the brackets are designed as one set, so you are not mixing brackets from different sources on the same housing.
Fitment
2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU Wrangler Unlimited, for CRD60 rear axle installs. TeraFlex part number 3990007. Individual brackets (control arm, shock and track bar mounts) are also sold on their own if you only need to replace one.
Install notes
Welding is required. This is a job for a fabricator with a way to hold the housing square while the brackets go on.
