TeraFlex Delta Brake System, Front & Rear (5x5")
The TeraFlex Delta Brake System is a front and rear big brake kit for JL and JK Wrangler, Wrangler Unlimited and JT Gladiator models running heavier wheel and tire combinations. TeraFlex calls it a must for 33 to 42 inch tires or heavy-laden overland rigs. This is the 5x5" version, and it includes everything needed to upgrade both axles. The calipers are opposed 4-piston units with 2" front and 1.375" rear pistons, built from heat-treated 4140 cast steel bridges and 6061-T6 forged aluminum piston housings. Rotors are 14" x 1.25", vented, slotted and mill-balanced. See the rest of our drivetrain and 4WD components.

Jeep JL Wrangler (2-door), JL Wrangler Unlimited (4-door), JT Gladiator, JK Wrangler (2-door) and JK Wrangler Unlimited (4-door). Requires a minimum 17" wheel. JL Wrangler Unlimited 392 models fit the brakes but need aftermarket wheels, because the factory beadlock wheels do not clear.

Does this kit cover both axles?
Yes. TeraFlex lists it as a front and rear system with all the components needed to upgrade both axles.
Is it a bolt-on install?
TeraFlex describes it as a 100% bolt-on upgrade with basic hand tools, with an estimated labor time of 4 hours.
Will it fit my 392?
The brakes fit JL Wrangler Unlimited 392 axles, but they do not clear the factory beadlock wheels. 392 models require aftermarket wheels.
What wheel size do I need?
A minimum of 17" diameter. The low-profile caliper bridge accepts 14" rotors behind 17" wheels.
