This is the passenger front upper arm from TeraFlex's Alpine Long Control Arm line for the JK Wrangler and Unlimited. The line is aimed at JKs running 3-6" of lift, where short factory-style arms run out of room to set the axles correctly.
The Alpine Long Control Arms use 42mm x 4mm wall DOM tube for strength, and they are designed to be used with TeraFlex's Alpine Long Arm Brackets, which are gusseted and reinforced and cut NVH compared with other long arm kits, according to TeraFlex.
Together the arms and brackets give full alignment adjustability, which is the point of a long arm setup: you can dial in the geometry rather than live with whatever the lift gives you.
Fitment
Fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimited with 3-6" lifts. This listing is the passenger front upper arm only.
It must be used with the TeraFlex JK Alpine Long Arm Bracket Kit (# 1957000), which is not included.
Install notes
This is a fabrication-level install. It requires cutting and welding, and the factory control arm bracketry has to be cut off or removed to fit the Alpine Long Arm Brackets. Plan on a shop with a welder.
