This kit holds a tablet on a rigid flex arm anchored to your seat rail or floor bolt, with no drilling needed. The Type-C kit includes three brackets and supports floor bolts up to 1/2" in diameter, so it adapts to many seat rail layouts and custom setups.
The arm is industrial grade aluminum and holds its angle without drooping. It is adjustable but not designed for frequent repositioning, and it takes two hands. Tackform includes an adhesive-backed stabilizer for the dashboard or center console, since long arms can sway while moving.
The all-metal SLATE cradle takes tablets from 6" to 16" diagonal, including Samsung Galaxy and iPad models. Its spring opens from 5.25" to 10.25" in height; for taller tablets, mount horizontally and rotate. An adjustable support leg tunes height and position. The Galaxy View is not compatible.
Fitment
Universal. Arm lengths are 10", 14", 18", 22" and 26". The 26mm ball system is not suitable for 1" / B-sized / 25.4mm balls.

No. It attaches to an existing seat rail or floor bolt up to 1/2" in diameter.
Which tablets fit?
Galaxy, iPad and other tablets with 6" to 16" screens. The Galaxy View is not compatible.
Is the arm adjustable?
Yes, but it is not meant for frequent repositioning and needs two hands.
Is the cradle metal or composite?
This version has the all-metal SLATE cradle. A composite version is sold separately.
