This is Tackform's round AMPS short reach adapter in the 26mm version, AMR-C26, Version 3.0. It is a base with a short reach coupler, meant to hold 26mm compatible holders such as tablet and phone mounts close to the surface. The body is CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum.
The mounting holes are drilled to take common small fasteners: they accommodate M4, M5, 10-24, 10-32 and #8 plastic screws, and other self-threading screws up to 5.2mm in diameter. Tackform is explicit that this version does not include mounting hardware, so buy fasteners to suit your surface.
Fitment
This is a universal accessory, not a vehicle-specific part. It works with 26mm ball and socket holders in Tackform's platform. Tackform states it is not suitable for 1 inch, B-size or 25.4mm balls, so confirm what your holder uses before ordering.
Install notes
Pick a flat spot with room for the base and check how the screw size you choose will bite into that surface. Because hardware is not included, choose screws that match the material you are mounting to.
Questions before you order?
Fitment questions are easier to settle before the box ships. Call or text Carl & Anton at (920) 249-7744 or use the chat — real humans in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, not a call center.
