This adapter is for people already running Quad Lock who want to hang the phone off Tackform's 20mm ball-and-socket arms. It has a Quad Lock 360 interface on one side and a 20mm metal ball on the other, so it converts a Quad Lock base into a 20 Series connection in a few seconds.
It goes onto your existing Quad Lock 360-compatible base: suction base, bar clamp, adhesive base or similar. Full 360-degree indexing is retained, so you can still rotate the phone the way you do with Quad Lock now. From there, pair it with Tackform DuraLock arms and 20 Series holders to place the phone where you want it.
Fitment
Not tied to any vehicle. It works with Quad Lock 360-compatible bases. Tackform specifically warns that it is not compatible with Quad Lock 360 heads.
What's included
The adapter only. Quad Lock bases and other accessories are not included, so you need to own a Quad Lock base already.
In practice this is a way to keep a Quad Lock phone setup you already like while gaining the reach and positioning options of Tackform's arms. Because the connection is a standard 20mm ball, the same adapter can move between mounts as you change vehicles or bikes, as long as each one has a compatible 20mm socket.
