The MSM-20 puts a standard microphone thread on a 20mm ball. It is a CNC machined aluminum piece that lets you hang a mic, or anything that uses the same thread, off Tackform's 20 Series ball-and-socket system instead of a floor stand. Tackform built it with musicians and performers in mind.
The thread is the industry-standard 5/8"-27 male connection used on microphone bases and clips. That is the whole point of the part, and also the one thing to verify: if your mic clip or stand adapter uses a different thread, this will not fit it.
It belongs to the DuraLock 20 Series platform, which revolves around the 20mm ball and socket. Tackform says the parts are compatible with other 20mm products, and that its own are tested for durability and engineered load capacities with a safety factor other makers do not guarantee.
Fitment
This is a universal accessory, not a vehicle-specific part. What matters is a 20mm socket or holder to receive the ball, and a mic or clip with a 5/8"-27 female thread.
