This is a floor-mounted tablet setup built for trucks: a drill base, a rigid flex arm and the all-metal SLATE spring cradle. The base installs straight to the floor or any rigid surface. All the hardware is in the box, and so is a drill bit.
The flex arm is heavy duty aluminum and is meant to hold position without drooping. It can be adjusted, but it is not designed for frequent repositioning and needs two hands. A longer arm will sway on the road, so an adhesive-backed stabilizer is included for the dashboard or center console.
The SLATE cradle fits tablets from 6" to 16" diagonal, including Samsung Galaxy and iPad models. The spring opens from 5.25" to 10.25" in height; a taller tablet can be mounted horizontally and rotated for a diagonal view. An adjustable support leg lets you fine-tune the height and position. The Galaxy View is not compatible.
Fitment
Universal. Pick a 10", 14", 18", 22" or 26" arm. It is a 26mm system (Tackform 26 Series) and is not suitable for 1" / B-sized / 25.4mm balls.
Install notes
Drilling to the floor or another rigid surface is required. Hardware and a drill bit are included.

Do I need to buy hardware or a drill bit?
No. The hardware and a drill bit are included with the drill base.
Which tablets fit?
Samsung Galaxy, iPad and other tablets with 6" to 16" screens. The Galaxy View is not compatible.
Can I reposition the arm often?
It is not intended for frequent repositioning and takes two hands to adjust, so set it where you want it.
How do I stop a long arm from swaying?
An adhesive-backed stabilizer is included to mount to the dashboard or center console.
