The B20B2 is a 20mm ball with a through-hole that takes either an M6 or a 1/4"-20 screw, so one part can be bolted to either thread standard. A removable locating pin keeps the ball from rotating when it is attached to Type B compatible parts.
The package includes both a 1/4"-20 screw and an M6 screw. Tackform notes that the M6 screw extends 6.5mm from the base of the ball, which is worth checking against the thickness of whatever you are fastening to.
