This is a 20mm socket arm with a Type-B connection, part of Tackform's DuraLock family. The body is black anodized aluminum, and the knob is glass-filled resin molded over stainless steel threaded inserts, so the part that gets tightened and loosened is not just plastic on plastic.
DuraLock has an optional anti-theft knob (patent pending). Tackform says it can help in snatch-and-grab situations such as on a motorcycle or side-by-side, and it also stops the ball from slipping out of the socket if it was not tightened properly. The standard black knob is included. If you want a different look, Tackform's anodized billet aluminum DuraLock knobs are interchangeable, so you can match your vehicle.
Fitment
Universal within the 20mm ecosystem. It is designed to swap with Tackform's Type-B interface products and works with 20mm ball and socket parts. It is not compatible with 25.4mm / 1" / B-sized ball systems or 1.5" ball and socket parts.

Does this come with the anti-theft knob?
No. The anti-theft knob is an optional upgrade. This arm ships with a black knob.
Can I change the knob color?
Yes. It is compatible with Tackform's anodized billet aluminum DuraLock knobs.
Will it fit a 1" ball?
No. It is for 20mm balls only and is not compatible with 25.4mm / 1" / B-sized or 1.5" ball and socket systems.
