This STILLEN cat-back is built for the 3.4L twin-turbo V6 in the third-generation Tundra. It runs dual 2.5-inch tubing into a single performance muffler, which gives the truck a deeper note without the harsh rasp or highway drone that louder systems tend to bring. STILLEN reports dyno-verified gains of up to 10 wheel horsepower and 12 lb-ft of wheel torque, and the layout is tuned to keep exhaust velocity up across the usable rev range instead of chasing a peak number.
The tubing is mandrel-bent 304 stainless with CNC-machined flanges, so the fit is clean and the material shrugs off corrosion. It is made in Costa Mesa, California, and carries a limited lifetime warranty. STILLEN also notes that some customers have reported better fuel economy, though STILLEN has not verified that claim, so treat it as a possible bonus rather than a promise.
Fitment
Fits 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra with the 3.4L twin-turbo V6, hybrid and non-hybrid, with 5.5 ft or 6.5 ft beds and the factory bed step. It will not fit the Long Bed CrewMax Cab. Choose the polished stainless tip (509355) or the black tip (509356).
Install notes
This is a true bolt-on install with no cutting or welding. STILLEN says the routing can be shortened at the axle to improve departure angle, which is a useful detail if the truck sees rocks or steep breakovers.
