How to make a SPC warranty claim
- Go back to the original place of purchase with the part and your proof of purchase; without proof of purchase the warranty is void.
- SPC reviews the claim and, if the part appears warrantable, issues a Return Authorization number.
- Ship the part back freight prepaid with the Return Authorization number; freight is the customer's cost.
- If you need a replacement before the claim is settled, buy it first; if the original part is found warrantable, SPC credits or refunds the replacement.

A box of six high-strength steel alloy shims in the 4 x 6.5 in. size, cut at 1 degree. They adjust caster and pinion angle on 4 in. wide leaf springs, steer or drive axle. They suit hard-working trucks from cement and refuse rigs to over-the-road tractors.
