- Defects in materials and workmanship
- ROAM chooses whether to repair or replace; replacement parts may be used parts of equal or better quality

- Normal breakdown of materials from long use, such as UV damage or worn zippers
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, alteration or improper care
- Shipping damage, and packages lost or not delivered in transit
- Damage from animals or weather
- Damage to non-ROAM products used with ROAM gear
- Gear that was not properly maintained (see ROAM's maintenance guide)
How to make a ROAM Adventure Co. warranty claim
- Report the problem within 30 days of delivery
- Fill out ROAM's warranty/RMA form with your order number plus detailed photos and video
- ROAM will reach out within 2-3 business days
- Expect the full process to take about 3-6 weeks or longer, depending on stock and shipping

Setup is a breeze. In just a few minutes, you’ll be basking in ample shade or finding refuge under a stormy sky. We've tailored our incredible awning in various sizes, fitting almost any vehicle application. Oh, and those height-adjustable legs? They stretch up to a whopping 7.5 feet, letting you dial in your desired roof pitch with a simple twist of the wrist. Add an awning room with mesh windows and a rubberized floor to the 6.5’ and 8’ awnings for extra indoor space or a cozy spot to catch some Zs.
We throw in a robust mounting hardware kit equipped with stainless L-brackets, hardware, and sandwich plates, ready to fit many roof rack styles. But hey, heads up: depending on your roof rack setup, you might want to grab an awning mount kit straight from the rack manufacturer for an ultra-streamlined install.

What are the awnings made of?
The fabric is ripstop poly cotton coated in waterproof polyurethane. The frame is extruded 6061 aluminum with cast aluminum joints and stainless steel hardware.
How tall do the legs go?
The height-adjustable legs extend up to 7.5 feet, so you can set the roof pitch you want.
Is there an awning room available?
An awning room with mesh windows and a rubberized floor can be added to the 6.5 foot and 8 foot awnings.
What mounting hardware is included?
A hardware kit with stainless L-brackets, hardware and sandwich plates is included and fits many roof rack styles. Depending on your rack, you may want an awning mount kit from the rack manufacturer.
How long does setup take?
ROAM says setup takes a few minutes. The awning comes in several sizes to suit different vehicles.
