How to make a Rock Slide Engineering warranty claim
- Email RSE's warranty department, file a claim online through RSE's warranty page, or call (435) 752-4580 and ask for the warranty department.
- Provide proof of purchase and the purchase date, such as your receipt.
- If RSE asks for the part, return it with a description of the problem, a copy of the receipt, the original bill of sale and your name, address, phone number and email.
- Pay the shipping; RSE then decides whether to repair, replace or refund.
