How to make a Revolution Gear & Axle warranty claim
- Request an RMA number from Revolution and describe the problem in detail; warranty returns must be pre-approved.
- Wait for the approved RMA number before shipping anything.
- Ship the part in its original packaging with the RMA number on the outside of the box; returns arriving more than 60 days after the RMA is issued are refused.
- Revolution processes the refund or replacement once the return is received and approved.
