- Covers not registered within 30 days of delivery (warranty void)
- Lubricated rails or sealed ball bearings (warranty void)
- Alterations, or parts that contact or interfere with the cover, without written approval (warranty void)
- Misuse, negligence, accidents and unsecured cargo (warranty void)
How to make a RETRAX warranty claim
- Call RETRAX before doing any maintenance or repairs on the cover.
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim through RETRAX's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, product name or part number and a description of the problem.
- Include a copy of the receipt and photos of the cover.
- Get authorization before shipping anything back; returns without it may be refused.

The RetraxPRO XR is a manual retractable tonneau cover that fits the Nissan Frontier (2022-2026), Crew Cab, with the 5 ft. bed. CoreTrax sealed rollers and the TraxLatch handle keep operation smooth, and integrated drain tubes carry water out of the bed. It suits trucks that haul in the bed and on top of the cover at the same time.
