- Covers not registered within 30 days of delivery (warranty void)
- Lubricated rails or sealed ball bearings (warranty void)
- Alterations, or parts that contact or interfere with the cover, without written approval (warranty void)
- Misuse, negligence, accidents and unsecured cargo (warranty void)
How to make a RETRAX warranty claim
- Call RETRAX before doing any maintenance or repairs on the cover.
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim through RETRAX's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, product name or part number and a description of the problem.
- Include a copy of the receipt and photos of the cover.
- Get authorization before shipping anything back; returns without it may be refused.

The RetraxPRO MX is a manual retractable tonneau cover that fits the Chevrolet Silverado (2019-2026) and GMC Sierra (2019-2026) with the 8 ft. bed. CoreTrax sealed rollers keep it moving smoothly, and it is tested from -40 to 180 F and up to 95 percent humidity. It suits working trucks that need a hard, lockable cover with full flexibility over how much bed is open.

On a 2019 Silverado/Sierra 1500, check whether you have the New Body Style or the Legacy (Chevy)/Limited (GMC); this cover is for the New Body Style.
