- Owners after the original owner; the warranty is nontransferable
- Covers not registered within 30 days of delivery (warranty void)
- Lubricated rails or sealed ball bearings (warranty void)
- Alterations, or parts that contact or interfere with the cover, without written approval (warranty void)
- Misuse, negligence, accidents and unsecured cargo (warranty void)
How to make a RETRAX warranty claim
- Call RETRAX before doing any maintenance or repairs on the cover.
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim through RETRAX's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, product name or part number and a description of the problem.
- Include a copy of the receipt and photos of the cover.
- Get authorization before shipping anything back; returns without it may be refused.

The RetraxONE XR is a manual retractable tonneau cover that fits the Ford F-250 Super Duty (2017-2026) and Ford F-350 Super Duty (2017-2026) with the 6 ft. 10 in. bed. Lift the latch and press the button, and a spring-loaded handle pops out for one-handed opening, while CoreTrax ball bearings keep the track from jamming, freezing or wearing. It suits drivers who want a manual retractable that can also carry gear on top.
