More details

This is the PowerBoost-specific version of RCI Metalworks' F-150 transmission skid plate. It replaces the fiber board OEM cover, which tends to take on water and fall off, with steel or aluminum that spans about twice the coverage of the partial factory piece. It protects the transmission, exhaust and oil pan.

Cooling vents are built in for the exhaust, and the underside is smooth and flat so it slides over obstacles. It works alone or with the OEM front and transfer-case skid plates, and also ties in with RCI skid plates.

Fitment

Fits 4x4 PowerBoost F-150s, 2021-present. EcoBoost and V8 trucks need the standard transmission skid plate listing instead. It will not fit with drop bracket lift kits.

Options

1/4" aluminum (bare or satin black powdercoat) or 10 gauge steel with a textured black powdercoat. Aluminum weighs 20 lbs and steel weighs 30 lbs.

It attaches to factory attachment points with basic tools and no drilling. Hardware and instructions are included. Made in the USA.
