- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

These RCI catalytic guards cover the open space between the frame and the transmission skid plate, closing a gap that otherwise leaves converters exposed. They work with both steel and aluminum RCI transmission skid plates. The finish is a two-stage primer under a textured black powder coat.
