- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)

- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Horizon rack for the new Land Cruiser is a bolt-on roof rack built for roof top tents, lights, Hi-Lift jacks, MaxTrax, RotoPax, spare tires, bike mounts and baskets. Construction is 1/4" 5052 aluminum laser-cut side panels and rear fairing, 1" x 2" black powder coated 12 gauge steel crossbars and a 1/8" 5052 aluminum front fairing. All aluminum parts are CNC deburred.
The front fairing matches the roof and windshield contour, rubber blocks lift and cushion the feet and seal out moisture without silicone, and built-in side panel slots take handles, side lighting and awning mounts. The slotted steel bars are compatible with hundreds of accessories. The rack sits only 1.75" above the highest point of the truck and weighs approximately 69 lbs.
Fitment
2024 and newer Toyota Land Cruiser. It uses the existing roof rack mounting holes and does not require removing or altering the roof antenna.

Rubber trim, black stainless steel hardware and trim, and instructions.
Install notes
Bolt-together assembly takes about 45 minutes. The finish is a heavy duty black textured powder coat over epoxy primer.
