This is the complete replacement hardware kit for the RCI Metalworks Engine Skid Plate, sold as RCI-HK-00119. It covers the usual ways a bolt bag goes missing: a secondhand RCI part that arrived without its fasteners, hardware lost during a swap, or fasteners worn out or damaged on the trail. It is the set of bolts that holds the engine skid plate up under the truck, so it is worth replacing rather than improvising.
