The Gunnison is RCI's high-clearance front bumper for the 4th generation Tacoma. It follows the contours of the truck for a clean, close fit, and it is set up for the things people actually add: a winch, lighting and heavy recovery use.
A built-in winch plate ties directly into the frame and supports winches up to 10,000 lb, and RCI says it works with Warn, SuperWinch and most other brands. The frame mounts and substructure are fully gusseted, and the 3/4" shackle mounts pass through the bumper shell and are welded to both the frame mounts and the outer shell. For lighting, it takes a single-row light bar with an integrated RCI logo that doubles as structural reinforcement, and it is designed for a Diode Dynamics 30" light bar. A slotted pod light mount spans most of the tube section, and other light bars can be fitted with extra brackets or hardware. The construction is 3/16" plate and .120 DOM tube, finished in satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer. Built in the USA.
Options
Choose satin black powdercoat or bare metal, and a hoop option of low hoop, mid hoop or no hoop. RCI lists weights of 132 lb with the full hoop, 125 lb with the mid hoop and 112 lb with no hoop.
Fitment
Confirmed on the 2024 TRD Off-Road, and on TRD Pro and Trailhunter models with the OEM skid plate. RCI suspects it fits all 2024+ Tacoma trims. It works with all parking sensors, the factory Toyota Safety Sense and the active grille shutter.

Install notes
Bolts onto the factory attachment points with no welding or drilling, but the OEM plastic bumper does have to be trimmed.

Will it work with the factory sensors and Toyota Safety Sense?
Yes. The vendor states it is compatible with all parking sensors, the factory TSS and the active grille shutter.
Do I have to trim the factory bumper?
Yes. It bolts to factory attachment points without drilling or welding, but the OEM plastic bumper requires trimming.
Which trims are confirmed?
