What's covered
- Defects in material and craftsmanship on the part's structure, for as long as the original purchaser owns it
- Powder coat that peels, bubbles or shows light areas within 180 days, as determined by RCI

What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This is RCI's skid plate package for the 2021-2025 F-150 PowerBoost, with front, transmission and transfer-case plates. It protects the EPAS power steering unit, front differential, front cross-member, engine and engine bay, the low-hanging intercooler, transmission, exhaust, oil pan, transfer case and vacuum pump. Made in the USA.
You choose between 10 gauge steel, black powder coated, at 88 lb, and 1/4" 5052 aluminum at 58 lb, which does not rust or need paint.
Fitment
2021-2025 F-150 4x4 PowerBoost. These trucks do not require removal of the air dam. It is not compatible with 4"+ lift kits.
What's included
Front, transmission and transfer-case skid plates with hardware and instructions, with material and finish selected per plate.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to factory attachment points, no drilling. Sections can be installed and removed separately, and built-in oil drain holes allow oil changes without removal on most models. RCI recommends a Fumoto or Ronin valve with the transmission plate installed.

Is this for the PowerBoost only?
Yes, it is the package for 4x4 PowerBoost trucks. Other F-150s use the standard package.
Do I have to remove the air dam?
No, 2021-2025 trucks do not require it.
Will it fit with a lift?
Not with 4"+ lift kits.
