- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Ascent is a low-profile modular roof rack for the CrewMax Tundra, aimed at roof top tents, MaxTrax boards, RotoPax, lights, Hi-Lift jacks and bike mounts. It weighs approximately 32 lbs. The side panels and rear fairing are CNC laser-cut 1/4" 5052 aluminum, the cross bars are 1" x 2" black anodized aluminum T-slot extrusions, and the front fairing is 1/8" 5052 aluminum shaped to the Tundra's roof.
The T-slots are machined for nut plates and carriage bolts and are compatible with most industry-standard mounts. Side panel slots take awnings, handles and lights. Rubber mounting blocks lift and cushion the feet and keep moisture out without silicone, and all aluminum parts are CNC deburred. The finish is a textured black powder coat over epoxy primer.
Fitment
2007-2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax only. It is not currently compatible with sunroof-equipped models. On models with a shark fin antenna, the rear fairing may need to be removed and the rearmost extrusion moved.
