- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Arapaho is named for the Arapaho National Forest in Colorado, and this version keeps the aggressive look of the 3rd generation Tundra while adding recovery points, a winch mount and light bar attachment. It follows the truck's contours for a clean fit and finish.
The built-in winch plate is tied into the frame and takes winches up to 12,000 lb, including the larger Warn ZEON housing. The frame mounts and substructure are fully gusseted, and the 3/4" shackle mounts run through the bumper shell and are welded to both the frame mounts and the shell. It works with the OEM sensors and the adaptive cruise control sensor, and it is compatible with the TRD engine skid plate and the OEM skid. A single-row light bar mounting fits most 30" light bars. The bumper is 3/16" steel and weighs 165 lb, with an optional satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer. Built in the USA.

Choose satin black powdercoat or bare metal, and a mid hoop or no hoop.
Fitment
Confirmed on a 2022 TRD Off-Road and an SR5 with the TRD Pro grille. RCI suspects it fits all 2022+ 3rd generation Tundras.

Install notes
Bolts onto existing factory attachment points with no drilling or welding, but the OEM plastic bumper does have to be trimmed.
