- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This is a high-clearance steel front bumper for the 5th generation 4Runner, built for off-roaders and overlanders who want a winch, lighting and frame-mounted recovery points. It follows the factory body lines and improves approach angle and ground clearance.
The integrated winch plate ties directly to the frame and supports winches up to 12,000 lb. The 3/4" shackle mounts pass through the bumper and weld directly to the frame mounts, and the substructure is fully gusseted. It accepts a Diode Dynamics 30" single-row light bar, and a custom RCI logo cutout doubles as ventilation and structural reinforcement. Built-in fog light cutouts have mounting holes for cube lights. The bumper is 3/16" steel, finished in satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer. Built in the USA.
Options
Choose satin black powdercoat or bare metal, and no hoop or full hoop. It weighs 130 lb with no hoop and 140 lb with the hoop.
Fitment
Listed for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner. It does not fit Limited trim models, it is not confirmed to fit with the TRD Pro skid plate, and it is not currently compatible with TSS, though a relocation bracket is listed as coming soon.

Install notes
Bolts onto the factory mounting points with no welding or drilling, but the OEM plastic bumper needs minor trimming.

No. The vendor states it does not fit Limited trim models.
Is it compatible with Toyota Safety Sense?
Not currently. RCI lists a relocation bracket as coming soon, so ask us before ordering for a TSS truck.
Will it work with the TRD Pro skid plate?
Fit with the TRD Pro skid plate is not confirmed.
Do I have to cut the plastic bumper?
Minor trimming of the OEM plastic bumper is needed. No welding or drilling.
