- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The lower control arms on a 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra hang out in the open, right where rocks and stumps find them. This pair of RCI Metalworks A-arm skids covers them with CNC laser cut, custom-fit 1/4" aluminum. The bottom is smooth and flat so the truck slides over obstacles instead of catching on them.
Why it works
- Aluminum armor: 1/4" aluminum, CNC laser cut for a custom fit.
- Slides, not snags: a smooth, flat surface lets the arms skate over obstacles.
- Matches RCI steel skids: RCI says its steel and aluminum parts look the same once powder coated, apart from thickness. If you run a steel RCI front skid, pick black powdercoat to match.
- Bolt-on: mounts to factory attachment points with no drilling. Made in the USA.
Options
Material is fixed at 1/4" aluminum. Choose bare metal or satin black powdercoat.
Fitment
2007-2021 Toyota Tundra. Not compatible with the OEM TRD Pro front skid plate unless that plate is cut, so TRD Pro owners should plan for that.
