How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

XD Nomadic 180 Degree Awning
A straight side awning only shades one wall of the vehicle. The XD Nomadic 180 swings around the corner to cover 88 square feet across the side and rear, and it does it without support poles.
The canopy uses 320G black out fabric that blocks sunlight completely and meets FMVSS 302. It rides on an aerospace grade aluminum frame finished in satin black, and two of the support rafters carry LED lighting. The awning includes the brackets needed for driver side or passenger side mounting, and it packs into a black travel bag. Browse more vehicle awnings and accessories, including XD Nomadic 180 walls.
Universal. Mounts to roof racks, bed racks and crossbars on most vehicles, on either the driver or passenger side.
Freestanding, it handles winds of 20 to 25 mph, and with the included hardware staked out it is rated to 40 mph maximum. The adjustable poles reach 8.5 ft. It ships with three brackets, but two are enough on most setups and the third is optional. Covered by the OVS warranty. Not sure it fits your setup? Do I need all three brackets?
No. Two brackets work, and the third is optional.
Can it mount on either side?
Yes. It comes with brackets for driver side or passenger side installation.
How much wind can it handle?
