How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

An Annex Room Under the XD Everest
The XD Everest gives you a bed up top. This annex adds a room underneath it, an enclosed space that works as a changing room, a shady place to rest or a dry spot to store gear. It comes in versions for the XD Everest 2 and the XD Everest 4.
The fabric is 320G ripstop polyester oxford with a blackout under coating that blocks light and cuts heat, so you can cool off midday or sleep after sunrise. A 5000 PU waterproof coating stops rain and snow from seeping through. Adjustable poles keep the walls tight and give it a tall ceiling, and no-see-um mesh screens keep bugs out while letting air move. It attaches with a channel slide and SBS zippers. Choose the version that matches your tent: XD Everest 2 annex for the 2 person XD Everest, or XD Everest 4 annex for the 4 person XD Everest. They are not interchangeable.
