How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim

OVS Universal Molle Panels
The inside of a truck cap is a box until you give gear somewhere to hang. These MOLLE panels mount flat to the Molle-Pal channels inside the OVS Expedition truck cap, on the bulkhead, side frame or side door, so you can organize tools and camp gear on the walls instead of the bed floor.
They are 5052-H32 aluminum with a two-stage black powder coat that resists rust, abrasion and wear, laid out in standardized 1 x 1.25 inch squares. There are no brackets and no drilling: the panels bolt straight onto the Molle-Pal channels with the included hardware. Each panel is rated for 15 lb. Shop more MOLLE panels and storage.
Designed for OVS Expedition truck caps with Molle-Pal channels, mounting on the bulkhead, side frame or side door. The Expedition PRO+ side door already has an integrated MOLLE panel, so these are not needed there. As an example of the size guide, the 2017-2027 Ford F-250/F-350 6.8 ft cap uses EXP22 on the bulkhead, EXP20 on the side frame and EXP25 on the door panel.
Sold in pairs. Sizes run from 19 x 21 inches to 22 x 25 inches across eight options (EXP20 through EXP27). The right size depends on your truck cap model and where you are mounting, so check the application guide or call us with your cap part number. Hardware is included. Not sure it fits your setup? Which size do I need?
It depends on your Expedition cap and the mounting location. For example, a 2017-2027 F-250/F-350 6.8 ft cap uses EXP22 on the bulkhead, EXP20 on the side frame and EXP25 on the door. Call us with your cap part number and we will match it.
Do I need to drill anything?
No. The panels mount directly onto the Molle-Pal channels with the included hardware, and no brackets are needed.
How much weight can a panel hold?
Each panel is rated for 15 lb.
Do I need one for the Expedition PRO+ side door?
No. The PRO+ already has an integrated MOLLE panel on the side door.
