How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Hanging Organizer for OVS Tents and Awnings
Camp gear spreads out fast, and small items end up in the dirt or lost in a bin. The OVS Tent and Awning Organizer hangs from your awning or roof top tent and gives headlamps, utensils, toys, dog leashes and tools a place to live where you can see them.
It's made from 600D ripstop, the same material OVS uses in its roof top tents. The panel has eight 11 x 12 inch pouches, four mesh so you can see what's inside and four solid. Three D-rings along the panel hold extra gear, and two anchor points at the bottom corners keep it from swinging in the wind. It comes with its own storage bag. Slides onto the C-channel of OVS Nomadic 270, 270LT, 180, 4.5 ft, 6.5 ft and 8.0 awnings, and the Nomadic 2, Nomadic 3, Nomadic 4 and TMBK roof top tents. On the Mamba 2, Mamba 3, Bushveld and Bushveld II tents it attaches with the two supplied hook-and-loop straps.
