How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Replacement Rainfly with Buckles for the TMBK Roof Top Tent
The rainfly is the first layer between your tent and the weather, and once it is torn, faded or worn at the buckles, water finds its way in. This is the genuine OVS replacement rainfly with buckles for the TMBK roof top tent, so you can renew the outer layer without buying a new tent.
It is the factory fly for this tent, so it drapes over the frame the way the original did and the buckles match the existing attachment points. More roof top tents and spare parts are in the same collection.
